Optical DIC

Thanks to digital camera technology and powerful image processing algorithms, ZEISS ARAMIS 1 measures 3D coordinates from images and/or videos. There's no need for wires, fixture or sensors on the target object, it's all done with non-contact.

For large displacements

Optical measurement of strains without gauges in the range of 0.005 % up to 2000 % of technical strain. Meanwhile displacement is the key factory offering huge measurement ranges often beyond conventional techniques up to failure.

ZEISS Correlate

The ZEISS CORRELATE software offers the entire workflow from measurement data acquisition to analysis and reporting. It combines the synchronized image and analog data acquisition of the ARAMIS sensors with the evaluation functionality of the ZEISS INSPECT software.

ARAMIS Controller

The perfect companion to link the sensor, software and testing machine or bench. Recording up to 8-external channels, triggering image acquisition, synchronizing channels, controlling the lighting, triggering external devices or time synchronization to the millisecond, the ARAMIS Controller compliments the ARAMIS 1.

LED Lamp B45-15

This is the very best in standardised LED lamps for DIC of this type. The narrow-band blue LED Lamp ensures optimal lighting conditions due to it's polarisers, diffusors and very bright light. Available as a singular, double and standalone to meet the needs of your test set up.
