We’re proud to share that Delta XD has achieved Nadcap AC7130/4 accreditation for 3D scanning services. At our first audit, we achieved no major findings and promptly resolved a single non-technical NCR — a fantastic result and one that reflects the hard work of our team.
Why Nadcap matters
Nadcap is recognised globally as the gold standard of quality assurance in aerospace and defence. The audit process is rigorous, demanding the highest levels of process control, repeatability, and validation. Holding Nadcap accreditation is irrefutable evidence of operating at the highest level of safety and quality.
For OEMs like Rolls-Royce, Nadcap is a SABRe requirement and in our case an accreditation we had to fulfil to use our technology on their products — but the benefits extend across the supply chain. In fact, surveys show that over 80% of Nadcap-accredited suppliers report improved customer satisfaction and measurable improvements in quality

- AC7000 – Audit Criteria for Nadcap Accreditation
- AC7130 – Measurement and Inspection accreditation programme
- AC7130/4 – Measurement and Inspection accreditation for Three Dimensional Structure Light Systems (3DSL) with extended scope for:
- In-house scanning with our automated ZEISS ScanBox system
- Remote inspection services at customer facilities using our portable 3D scanning equipment
