Delta XD Joins the Engineering Integrity Society (EIS) as a Corporate Member

July 8, 2025

We’re pleased to announce that Delta XD is now a corporate member of the Engineering Integrity Society (EIS) – a respected UK-based organisation dedicated to promoting best practices, knowledge-sharing, and technical advancement in the field of engineering integrity.

Our membership aligns naturally with the direction Delta XD has been moving in. As a ZEISS Certified Metrology Partner, we’re already working closely with advanced measurement and materials testing technologies, and now, through the EIS, we’re joining a wider community committed to engineering excellence across sectors. It’s a step that simply makes sense.

Why We’ve Joined

EIS represents a cross-industry group of specialists working in fields such as structural integrity, fatigue, vibration, and durability. Their mission resonates with our own: enabling smarter engineering decisions through better data, better tools, and better collaboration. Becoming a member is more than a badge – it’s about taking an active role in the conversations that shape engineering standards and innovation in the UK.

We’ve wasted no time getting involved, with Delta XD already contributing to EIS Working Groups. These collaborative forums bring together engineers from OEMs, suppliers, consultancies and research bodies to tackle real-world technical challenges. It’s where theory meets application – and where we want to be.

About the Engineering Integrity Society

Article content
This year marks 40-years of the Engineering Integrity Society

Founded in 1985, the EIS is an independent, not-for-profit organisation run by engineers for engineers. As a registered charity, it plays a unique role in fostering collaboration between industry and academia, helping to maintain and improve the UK’s leadership in high-value engineering.

Through a programme of technical events, seminars, Working Groups, and publications, the EIS provides a platform for engineers to stay informed, share experience, and raise the level of professional integrity across disciplines.

Looking Ahead

Delta XD will also be joining the EIS exhibition stand at this year’s Advanced Engineering Show, a key event on the calendar for those working at the cutting edge of manufacturing and technology. We’re looking forward to showcasing what we do and meeting like-minded partners who care about getting engineering right, first time.

“We’re proud to be part of the Engineering Integrity Society. It’s a natural extension of the work we’re already doing at Delta XD – bringing clarity and confidence to engineering decisions. Through our involvement in EIS Working Groups and at events like the Advanced Engineering Show, we’re contributing to a community that shares our commitment to engineering done well.” — Quintus Dickinson, Chief Technology Officer, Delta XD
